Calevid offers subscription plans and credits, where one credit generates one video. This policy outlines how refunds are handled.

1. Subscriptions

  • Subscription plans provide full access to the platform immediately after payment.
  • All subscription payments are non-refundable because digital services are delivered instantly.
  • Users may cancel subscriptions to avoid renewal, but partial-period refunds are not provided.

2. Credits

  • Credits are purchased individually and are non-refundable.
  • Once a credit is used to generate a video, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Unused credits remain valid for the duration specified in the plan, or until explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Platform outage or technical failure preventing access for more than 72 consecutive hours.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.

Process:

  1. Contact our support with your account details, subscription/credit info, and reason for the refund request.
  2. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Limitation of Refunds

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, inability to achieve desired results, or partial use of services.
  • Users acknowledge that all services are digital and delivered instantly.
